Free Cancellation: If you need to cancel your boat rental, you can do so at no charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled rental time.

Late Cancellation Fee: Should you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled rental time, a one-day rental fee will be charged. This ensures that we can manage our fleet efficiently and continue to provide excellent service to all our customers.

Bad Weather & Marine Warnings Exception: Your safety is our top priority. If severe weather conditions or official marine warnings are issued on the day of your rental, you will receive a full refund. This includes situations where boating may be unsafe or impractical due to official weather advisories. The decision will be based on National Weather Service advisories and conditions at the time.

Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made within the 48-hour window. However, these requests will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
