What’s included with the rentals?

You get full use of the vessel you have rented. All safety equipment, including life jackets, are included. You pay for the fuel you use.

What are the REQUIREMENTS?

  1. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must have:

    • A Temporary Boating Certificate approved by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. You can obtain the certificate online at.

    OR

    • A Boating Safety Education identification card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

  2. Renter must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 25 years old.

  3. Renter must sign a rental agreement, liability waiver and navigational rules.

  4. Renter must provide a major credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express) at time of rental. This is for damages or fees. It will be authorized for $1000 which will be released when the boat is returned on time with no damage. Renter is financially responsible for any damages.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

  • We may cancel your reservation at any time due to unsafe weather and/or boating conditions, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your reservation you will be issued a full refund.
  • when there are marine warnings and severe weather conditions. We do not offer cancellations or refunds because of rain.

what else should i know before booking?

  • Parking is limited at our location. We strongly advise your group to carpool.

  • If your preferred date or time is unavailable at the time of booking, give us a call and ask to be added to our wait list.

  • Night operations are prohibited.

  • No tubing, pulling, or skiing of any kind is allowed from our boats.

  • We are located next to a convenience store and they have all the supplies you need including bait, ice, and snacks!

Are pets allowed on the boats?

Yes, we are pet friendly! You will be financially responsible for any damages, including damages caused by pets.
